To provide quality service and products to our customers in a timely and professional manner.
JOB
Summary:
Responsible for filling and moving carts to assigned areas within the hospital.
Provides a superior level of linen service throughout the hospital in a friendly and timely manner.
Must meet quality and safety standards.
Essential Functions:
Be on time Have excellent attendance Meet established hospital standards Follow all company safety rules Be able to work well with a diverse workforce Be able to follow directions given by their team lead and supervisor Follow all company policies and procedures Possess and maintain a positive attitude Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area in line with company policies Be able to work past the schedule, as transportation issues may arise Perform any other duties as manager/supervisor sees fit JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Be able to stand on feet up to 12 hours a day Be able to push/pull soil/clean carts weighing up to 800 lbs.
(on wheels) Sufficient manual dexterity to build linen carts Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, and pulling Must be able to accurately perform simple mathematics Job Type:
